all pre-orders are paid for at time of pickup with cash or check and incur a $7.00 handling fee

if you do not receive a confirmation email upon submitting a pre-order, we did not receive your pre-order. please call or email if you have difficulty with our order form.

we stop accepting Pre-orders 3 days before the sale event.
For Saturday events, pre-orders close on Wednesday at 5:00pm.
For Tuesday events pre-orders close on Saturday at 5:00pm. 

PICK-UP information

PROCEDURE:

WE WILL HAVE ALL pre-ORDERS HELD IN A different AREA FROM ON-SITE SALE PLANTS. PLEASE ASK FOR ASSISTANCE WHEN PICKING UP PRE-ORDERS. PRE-ORDERS must BE PAID for SEPARATEly FROM ON-SITE SALE PLANTS.

PAYMENT:

please pay for pre-orders at time of pick-up with CASH OR CHECK MADE OUT TO "OZARK SOUL" – SIGNED AND WITH CURRENT NAME AND PHONE NUMBER (REQUIRED). SALES FROM PRE-ORDERS ARE KEPT SEPARATE FROM ON-SITE PLANT SALES. FEEL FREE TO ALSO SHOP FROM OUR ON-SITE INVENTORY, BUT WE ASK FOR SEPARATE PAYMENT FOR YOUR PRE-ORDER.
