Ozark Soul is a regional, native plant producer/retailer located in southern Missouri (Thornfield). We grow containerized annuals, perennials, vines, shrubs and trees for purchase at native plant sale events throughout Missouri and NW Arkansas.

We are seeking an individual available to work one or more days per week (Monday-Saturday). Duties would include (but are not limited to) the following:

• Mixing soil, constructing flats and filling pots.

• Transplanting seedlings.

• Collecting and cleaning seeds.

• General nursery maintenance such as watering, weeding and moving plants.

• Preparing plants and other materials prior to sale dates (which normally occur on Saturdays). This prep would include pulling, cleaning, tagging, and loading into trucks and trailers.

• Assisting in sales events (if available) – unloading and loading plants and other materials as well as customer service during the sale.

The ideal candidate would have a genuine desire to learn about the growing of -- and importance of -- native plants, as we are passionate about our endeavor and try our best to invoke that passion to others!
